In different languages we're always talking...

"I can never remember his name. Always looking at his body..." - Doris says to Mary...
'Young' women should discharge Mary's mother duties of midwife while mum went from doctor to doctor, asking them about health which leaves much to be desired in her opinion...
The young man whose body prevents remembering his name is a boyfriend of their 'good friend' Rosie who preferred home birth to stay in a clinic... And to her in this very moment go these newly-made midwives taking with them an clove oil...

Doris ardently rams home an idea of Lukasz-like-boyfriend's advantages to Mary (he turns out an immigrant from Latvia) and about how much she wants that Mary, finally, found someone like that, rather than holds both hands over her 'clodhopper', who's working in a funeral home and loves to run away in the evenings to strum on a guitar in a company of friends from amateur 'band'... But Mary looks at her friend with slight sense of superiority, clarifying that her requirements for men is more refined and much higher...

The door opens and before our eyes appears (to confirm Doris' words) a young man, looking at his body it's so easy to forget his name, but when you see his nice face and warm smile it's so easy to forget at the same time and about everything else...

- I'm making lunch. Do you want?
- Oh, yeah. Yeah. Whatever's on offer.

The house is upside down, and only a small kitchen at Lucasz's command in an ideal order... Jars with cereals and spices are placed proper... The dough waiting for soft and delicate touches on the table...

- I go now, OK?
- No, No! – Rosie is moaning and grabs Lukasz in searching for help...
- I go, OK? – A young man finally can break free and escape into the kitchen, where he catches a breath...

Mary and Doris absolutely don't know what to do to alleviate their friend's sufferings... experience is not enough, or there's none at all... but responsibility is huge… and in their arsenal there’s no any resorts to accelerate or radically facilitate a natural process... Exchanged a few words with groaning Rosie, they simply look at each other in silence and wondering what to do next... Both know that they have to spend hours here, and they are feeling a bit awkward that they don't feel very lucky about this perspective...

What happens next could be counted among the incredible events of farfetched by screenwriter, but only in case if (honesty is above all) women didn't know for sure what to use such means is not rarity...

Mary, watching Lukasz for some time, approaches him close and quietly asks:
- Can you do something for me?..

He's at loss... It seems, they are almost not acquainted... She asks to help Rosie... Asks to do something for her... For her... What she 'really' wants to tell?.. She's nice... And, it seems... Maybe... Well, only for her, of course... If she asks of it so much...

- I have the doug... - I can manage... - Not too much... - he advises, watching this well-formed figure of a woman, who just suddenly made him an advance in a form of "personal interest and her surprise right to obtain his 'special services' ", because she asked: "do it FOR ME"...

Without a second of doubt, Lukasz wipes his hands and goes to inflatable pool in which Rosie is floundering, takes off his trousers, which provokes an silent ecstasy among the audience and gets into water… The proudly smiles addressed to Doris is shining on Mary's face: "Well, see how smart I manage him?"... As a reward, she gets two thumbs raised up on right and left hands: "Great! You're gorgeous!"

The day drags on endlessly... Rosie hanging on Lukasz, his neck and shoulders became numb and he, by all means, would had been glad to escape to the kitchen again and grabbed a piece of something tasty, but in most critical moments Mary's hand rests on his bare shoulder and is gently stroking his skin, covered with beads of sweat...

On men's language it means: "she gives me to understand that..."
On women's language – friend's solidarity...

Finally, mutual attempts comes to the end, and a healthy baby is born.
Lukasz immediately gets out the bath and slips away to finish cooking of now hopelessly late lunch...
However, Mary catches him and walking up his heels again and again offering to admire the baby...
- Look at him! – She calls out to his father's feelings...
- Look at me, - Offers in response newly-made daddy, - I cook...
And we understand that in this situation don't understand anything at all...

Mary at the end manages to keep the child in his care and goes once again to help her friend, who's moaning... again...
Lukasz gazed curiously at the baby, absent-mindedly rocking him and three friends (almost like three norns) with tenderness and triumph are looking at this touching picture: "Got it, finally, how it's wonderful?"...

Doris is hurry to go home... happy hugging and kissing Lukasz, she tells him about how wonderful he was today...
Lukasz eats something with great appetite and glancing at Mary as at very deserved and promised dessert (and she delayed a bit to collect things)...
In parting, she decides to once again tell to a young man what he has a beautiful wife and a beautiful baby… He’s smiling and, taking a grateful kiss, recalls:

- I had a very hard day...
- Yes... But you've done well... They are wonderful...
Lukasz is smiling sweeter:
- And what about a midwife? What about have her right now?

And young man tries to get at the checkout counter his long-promised payment...
But Mary heroically refuses to pay the bills...
She doesn't understand...
She offended by his bastardly behavior...
And anyway! How he could...
Now Lukasz doesn't understand, but do not argue...
He takes the bag to run away Mary, who not fastened the zipper on her trousers:

- Mary... Mary... You forgot your bag...
- If you only dare...
- But you forgot your bag...
- Tomorrow, when I will see Rosie and the baby – won't be here!
He indifferently shrugs his shoulders and closes the door just in front of her nose...

The next morning, despite all the warnings, the door opens still the same Lukasz...
It seems, he's going too...
He regrets... he apologies... he rushed too much... but he understood everything correct...
- No!
How could it be: "No!" She's joking, isn't she? She plays with him for whole day... Touching him at every opportunity...

Lovely ladies...
There’s a moral in this fairytale...
And maybe not a fairytale at all...
And it's understandable not only for adults...
But even for a tot:
Don't stay and do not jump,
Don't sing and do not dance
Where a house is building
Or hanging up load

And indeed, if you offering something to do for you personally to an almost unknown man, and then again and again touching his naked body, would he understand you in "completely wrong" way and would he require a "final dispensation of elephants" in the end?
So she didn't want with him...? Lukasz makes an eloquent gesture...
No!
Poor man, he still doesn't believe...
However, the new bucket of latrine waters quickly returns his to reality...

And then happens what no one could expect...
He has something to say... And he's not a bastard...
Now, convinced that with Rosie and the baby everything is OK, he’s leaving… Because this part of contract is complete..
Yes... And you think that know everything about us..
Unlike you Rosie understands the deal...
She needs her healthy baby from a handsome healthy man...
He needed a roof...
And now it's over... And he's not a bastard...
A normal guy, who doesn't perish ever under any the circumstances.
They are not married... two people who decided to help each other, and when each has fulfilled its part, can disperse quietly.
Mary stunned... She didn't expect this from Rosie... But Lukasz...
- I'm Chef... I can always find a job and a roof over my head... - He unexpectedly smiles warmly, - unless, of course, you don't want to offer me something? No?... Pity... But it's OK...

And he, quiet and light, is leaving...
And Mary stays with all of her pretensions and her woman's self-assurance, which is shaken for the first time in her life...
Lukasz's character took in the series a short, very short period of time. But it doesn't matter for a really good actor. He will show you the fate of another person in a few minutes and will make you to thinking about him and conjecturing of what wasn't shown on the screen... How his life was before and what will be after he walked down the street past you... leaving the feeling of a natural world's view and a smell of clear skin...
You will definitely turn back to look at him, regretting that it was just a chance meeting and it was too short...

Lukas tasty as a lunch, which he prepared and which we didn't try... Bread must have been light, flavoured and fluffy, and a crust crispy and thin ... Vegetables don't become a meaningless mess, and the meat retains all of its richness... You doubt it?.. But taka look at how Michael makes a dought... This is not a knowledge... It's a skill... This is what he did not once and not twice ... To watch Lukasz it's a great pleasure, because it's the truth... plain truth of life... And, of course, he's a real Chef... which will not fail ever anywhere... because he's good at his job...
And Rosie... Yes... She will be crying for a long time, because nobody doubts that such a man, of course, you want to keep for yourself forever... But it would be a mistake to assume that a child conceived and born under the contract unloved counterpart can be a resort to continue any relationships...
And pay attention to Michael's accent... it can be heard only in this movie ... very clean... nearly Slavic "r" without impurities... Michael's voice is almost unrecognizable... but everything is as it should be... you know, Lukasz is a man from "the other side" which is called mysterious Eastern Europe... and it considered a bit wild... and despite all the good changes it's still obscure...
