Q: The cast of Haywire is pretty impressive. How did you feel arriving on set with these big stars?

A: They were just such a pleasure. They were all so genuine and very open to working with an amateur who hadn't done a film before. It was really cool because I had a fight scene with Michael and Channing and it was so much fun! I felt confident in the fight scenes because I learnt a lot off them, probably without them even knowing. They taught me a lot. Everyone around me was telling me that I had it lucky on this one and things don’t normally go this well. The people who were involved with this film, it was really special to everybody because everybody was so open and genuine towards me.

Q: What part of the film did you enjoy filming the most?

A: I think it was in Dublin. The first things we filmed were in Dublin. I loved the Dublin experience. I was up at 5 o'clock in the morning, doing stunts which scared the hell out of me. I had long hair. I had to do a fight with Michael in a dress. I loved all the fight scenes, but I think Dublin because it was the first place we started. It was really special.

It took two days [to shoot] and I don't think he had any qualms about being physical with me after he met me. He was like, 'You know what? She's somebody I can throw around and not hurt.' It was just a beautiful fight scene. There were so many funny stories because he is a hilarious human being. We had a couple different stories that involved a vase getting smashed in his face. I think the bed scene where I choke him out with the triangle choke and then roll over, and then nobody really expects me to shoot him like that. I think that's been a very powerful scene.

Q: This being your major role, were you nervous at all?

A: Absolutely. We started at this tube station in Dublin, and I was like is this really happening. We had to do a kissing scene, and Michael came up to me and was like you know, "If you were my wife I'd definitely give you a kiss".

I couldn't believe it was my first day and I had to do a kissing scene. Its not supposed to be a big deal, but for someone who hasn't done it before, I could feel my heart beating in my mouth. I was definitely nervous. We had the best crew around, and I think at the end of the experience we felt like a big family.
